FAQ.

Skin for everyone.
I've never had a facial before – which one should I book?
We recommend The Fast Facial or The Teen Clean (for under 18s). These are low-intensity, high-performance intros to skin health. If your skin needs extra love, we can always upgrade your treatment during your visit or you can just get started with a Skin & Wellness Consult where we will spend 10 complimentary minutes getting to know and understand your needs.
Do I need to prep or remove my makeup?
No special prep required! All facials include a double cleanse. Just let us know if you prefer to leave on eye makeup.
How often should I get a facial?
For general skin maintenance, monthly facials are ideal. If you’re treating active concerns like acne, we may recommend treatments every 2–3 weeks for best results.
Are your facials pregnancy safe?
Yes – most are! The Fast Facial and Super Lite LED are great options. Just let us know if you're pregnant or breastfeeding so we can tailor your treatment.
Are there any skin conditions that would stop me from having a facial?
Please avoid booking if you have active cold sores, open wounds, severe eczema or psoriasis, or are on Accutane (within 6 months). Recent cosmetic surgery or facial injectables may also require a delay.

SUPER HAIR REMOVAL.
Does it hurt?
Nope. Our Soprano Titanium uses advanced ICE Plus cooling to keep treatments virtually painless. You’ll feel a gentle warming or flicking sensation.
Do I need to shave beforehand?
Yes – all areas must be shaved within 24 hours before your appointment. If not shaved, we won’t be able to treat, and your time will still be charged.
How many sessions do I need?
Most clients require 10–12 sessions for long-term reduction. Hormones and genetics play a role, so results vary and results are never guaranteed for SHR or any of our treatments. It’s important before starting any treatment that you feel fully informed and results and outcomes have been discussed in depth with your treating clinician.
Can I be treated if I have a fake tan or darker skin?
Yes. Our SHR triple-wavelength tech is safe for all skin types - even tanned or fake-tanned skin. That doesn’t mean that we recommend scheduling a treatment straight after a fresh spray. Whilst we can safely treat fake tanned skin, adjusting your settings to accommodate a different fitzpatrick may impact your results. Our laser hair removal gel will also strip most fake tan products and it can get a little messy.
Can all hair colours be treated?
Most! We can treat dark, red, and even blonde hair. Grey and white hairs, however, lack pigment and won’t respond to treatment.
Can I get laser while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Unfortunately, no. There’s not enough safety data available, so we avoid treating pregnant or nursing clients.

HAIR REGENERATION.
What’s the difference between PRF, Peptides, and Exosomes?
PRF uses your blood and slowly releases growth factors over 14 days.
Peptides are lab-made proteins that nourish and repair the follicle.
Exosomes are next-gen messengers that boost regeneration and reduce inflammation.
How long until I see results?
Hair growth takes time. Results can be seen within as early as two weeks, but typically appear after 3–6 months of consistent treatment. Exosomes and PRF may show earlier improvements. Consistency is absolutely key.
Does it hurt?
Expect some mild discomfort during microneedling or injections. We use calming LED therapy pre or post-treatment to minimise inflammation and downtime, but also to mximise results.
Can I treat multiple scalp areas in one session?
Each session covers two regions (e.g., peaks and crown). Additional areas can be treated at extra cost - just ask your nurse.
Is this safe while breastfeeding?
Peptide-based treatments are safe for most clients, but we recommend avoiding PRF while breastfeeding. Always consult your GP.
Can I get laser while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Unfortunately, no. There’s not enough safety data available, so we avoid treating pregnant or nursing clients.

Health + wellness.
What wellness injections do you offer?
We offer NAD+ and B12 intramuscular boosters to support energy, metabolism, and cell health. Our program is fully Doctor lead and supported, and this is a scripted service.
Do I need to prep beforehand?
Nope. Just come hydrated and relaxed. We definitely suggest having a bite to eat beforehand as well. You may feel a small pinch, but that’s it.
Can I get these shots while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. As a precaution, we recommend waiting until after breastfeeding unless you have GP clearance.
